North Central Oregon’s environment and rural
communities.
A resident of the Columbia Gorge, Lee is a member of
The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce Marketing
and Economic Development
Committees. He also a member of
the Board of Trustees at Maryhill Museum of Art in Goldendale,
WA.
In 1993, Lee founded Our Children’s Store, a seasonal non-profit
gift store, which has now raised more than $1.5 million
for children in crisis in Portland, Oregon. He was
president of the Goose Hollow Foothills League, and has
served on the board of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for
Children and Lewis & Clark College

Alumni.
Lee is a fourth-generation
Oregonian. In 2005-2006, Lee helped Oregon First Lady Mary
Oberst and friends raise funds to restore the
historic Kam Wah Chung Museum in John Day, Oregon. He
is vice chair of Oregon 150, the non-profit
organization charged with planning Oregon's
sesquicentennial celebration in 2009.
